On 5 November, the Integrated Division of the National Energy Agency issued a circular on the preparation of the collection and use of the cost of safe production by electric power enterprises, which specified that the extraction and use of the cost of safe production by electric power enterprises should be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Circular of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Emergency Management, on the issuance of the management of the cost of safe production by enterprises (Finance (2022] 136)。
